OUR LEAN TEAM
JD ELLEN MANUFACTURING strives to be a LEAN company and to implement LEAN principles as a team not just as those who hold management positions. LEAN is a way of thinking to rid processes and work areas of waste such as time, movement, over processing, and many more. We are avid LEAN practitioners at every level of the company and are constantly improving our process. Even interns and temps are taught and expected to follow LEAN principles to the best of their ability. OUR EQUIPMENT
JD ELLEN MANUFACTURING manufactures a wide variety of products, using only the highest quality materials and top-of-the line technology.
Our equipment list consists of (1) vertical mill from single to 4th axis, (1) turning center with bar feeder capabilities for diameter production runs and chuck capabilities of up to 15" in diameter with up to 10" in length, an Epilog Laser for your branding needs, and (4) Cobots that each run their own machine cells.
